Syllabus
Overview
Concert Class is a required part of undergraduate Practical Studies at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. Held every
Thursday from 11am-1pm in Hanson Dyer Hall, Concert Class offers the opportunity to perform repertoire on stage for a full audience.
Performing
Students are invited to fill out the application to perform as many times as they would like each semester. Filling out an application does not
guarantee that you will be invited to perform. Performance opportunities are given on
a first-come/first-serve basis.
Attendance & Participation
Practical Music
100% attendance to concert class (Thursday) OR, Non-enrolled 100% participation in a major ensemble (or approved elective) as assigned by Head of Area. Concert Class attendance is taken using card scanners, and students must bring their student cards to each class.
