The B minor flute sonata is one two sontas for flute and obligato harpsichord that have been authenticated as being composed by Bach. It is a true duo sonata particulary in the first movement which is unusually long for a sonata of the time. This is followed by an extremley expressive largo and concluded with a fugue like movement leading into a gigue. |
